Frank Y. Ariel is dedicated to protecting the rights of clients who have suffered personal injury or wrongful death as a result of another’s negligence or a dangerous or defective product. Mr. Ariel also represents clients in elder abuse claims, including victims of nursing home abuse and neglect.
I have been practicing law in the area of accidents and personal injury for over 20 years. My Passion is defending my clients’ legal rights, and to work tirelessly to earn maximum compensation for my clients’ injuries. This is a passion shared by each and every member of my team. Over the years, my commitment to my clients has been to make this traumatic period in their life as comfortable as possible and to assist them in every way possible through their physical, emotional, and financial difficulties.
My extensive experience as an attorney has earned me a favorable reputation in the community and among my clients, their families, and friends. Over the years, I have become known in the legal community and amongst the insurance companies as a competent, agressive, and skilled attorney. I earned my Bachelor Degree in Political Science from UCLA, and my Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School. From the outset of my legal education and career to the present, I have been involoved in volunteer work in California Courts, whereby I have established a relationship of mutual respect with judges and their staff.
