Overview:
Personal Injury firm specialising in accident claims including accidents at work, road traffic accidents and tripping claims.
Andrew Doyle founded Doyle Wilson (then known as A J Doyle & Co) in 1984 at Goondiwindi in rural Queensland. Managing a growing law firm for over 25 years has been extremely rewarding for Andrew as he had the privilege of knowing and consulting clients who have been with the firm since its inception and has developed legal expertise in almost all disciplines.
Andrew’s principal areas of practice are in commercial, property and estate (administration and planning) matters.
Andrews interest in business and commerce has led to a number of consulting roles and company directorships in such areas as logistics, real estate development, manufacturing, distribution and the commercialisation of intellectual property.
Andrew’s lengthy experience in commercial law, his business acumen and negotiating skills enable him to provide practical solutions to businesses and companies to ensure they are meeting their commercial objectives.
Estate planning has become an important area in the practice and this is overseen by Andrew with assistance from Doyle Wilson’s employed solicitors and paralegal staff.
Andrew also represents several large agricultural businesses with their business and property interests. He has a rural background and grew up on a commercial farming and grazing property in the Upper Hunter, and before studying law, worked in rural and fishing industries.
Andrew splits his time between visiting clients in Sydney and regional areas in NSW and QLD. He lives in Sydney with his wife and 5 children, where he enjoys surfing and is a member of the Australian Surfing Lawyers Association. He is also a keen Polo player and a member of the North Star and Sydney Polo Country Clubs.
