How Do I Get Started?
Mr. Newman can determine within a few minutes whether or not he believes a case has sufficient merit for him to accept. If Mr. Newman believes that the case has merit, he will ask the potential client to come to the office. This meeting usually lasts an hour. At the end of the meeting, if both parties agree, the client will sign a contingency fee agreement, which states that the client won’t be liable for any fee unless a recovery is won. Generally, the client will obtain monetary recovery within 90 days.
