Our boutique law firm is lead by Mr Abdullah Medallah who has been advising clients on the areas of construction, projects, and private equity in many jurisdictions around the world. He started his career in 2005 as a Construction Engineer with the Royal Commission/Bechtel. He led major infrastructure projects in Jubail-2, the largest engineering project in the area at that time.
In 2009, he began his law studies in Glasgow and London, where after qualifying he worked as an in-house counsel for a number of companies in venture capital & private equity, construction, and oil & gas. His diversified international expertise and knowledge within business houses placed him and his team to be able to understand the soft politics to manage legal issues in board meetings, design dynamic structures, solve business and legal issues simultaneously, and be able to control disputes before they arise.
We as a firm, have expereinced trial and litigation team representing clients in all Saudi court levels. We are one of the very few Saudi local law firms, who can structure international onshore and offshore funds and assist in startups and growth of SMEs.
