Overview:
Nicholas Smith was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2008. Prior to joining Bailey & Galyen, Mr. Smith established his own law firm primarily practicing in Collin, Dallas, Tarrant, and Denton counties. Mr. Smith has dedicated his practice to the areas of family law and criminal defense.
Mr. Smith graduated cum laude from Washburn University in 2004, receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in Business Management. In 2008 he earned his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Tulsa, College of Law. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2008.
Mr. Smith enjoys spending free time with his family, especially playing sports with his children. He played football while attending Washburn University and currently plays baseball and softball.
Mr. Smith specializes in both Family law and criminal defense and is located at the Plano office.
