Our Chambers also recognises the importance of alternative dispute resolution, particularly mediation. We have modern sound insulated mediation facilities with Wi-Fi capabilities that are available to conduct mediations free of charge for parties who retain our barristers as counsel or as a mediator. Members of chambers are accredited as mediators under the National Mediation Accreditation System and by Resolution Institute (formerly LEADR/IAMA) as advanced mediators.
