Michael Rock’s practice focuses on business law, real estate law, and taxation. Mr. Rock represents management companies and owners of multi-unit properties across the Metro Detroit area. He also represents and advises a variety of businesses on a wide range of business transactions, including formation, joint-venture agreements, revenue sharing agreements, and acquisitions.
Mr. Rock is currently a member of the State Bar of Michigan’s Business Law Section, Real Property Law Section, and Taxation Section. Mr. Rock is also a member of the American Bar Association’s Taxation Section.
