Our office represents individuals being abused and bullied by businesses. We represent small and mid-sized companies in contract disputes and claims against other companies.

The Law Office of Mark Humphreys is devoted to helping everyday people and small business entrepreneurs with the legal issues that can change their lives and futures.

We handle many cases on a contingency fee basis, meaning no fees are charged until the case is resolved. Contingency cases, such as insurance issues and personal injury claims, usually involve large companies taking advantage of individuals who don’t have the bargaining/negotiating power and resources that layers of lawyers, agents and deep pockets give them.

In the Law Office of Mark Humphreys, NO ONE who has been unfairly treated and has a legitimate claim against a large, abusive organization is going to be denied justice because they cannot afford an attorney.

We have significant knowledge in all areas of first party insurance laws and claims and third party personal injury claims. This includes denial of benefits on auto policies, life policies, home policies, health policies, and commercial policies, to name a few. Additionally, it is not an exaggeration to say we have handled over a thousand personal injury claims including Wrongful Death claims. Many of our claims involve surgeries to necks, backs, knees, and shoulders, plus a lot of broken bones.

Each case we take into our office, we believe we can ultimately help the client. The saddest part is telling someone “we cannot help”. If this happens, we will explain why and encourage you to talk with another Dallas insurance lawyer who may have a different opinion. We have found that an explanation goes a long way to making someone feel better about the situation and helps remove lingering doubt or concern about whether or not something can or should be done. You may not always like what Mark has to say, but he will “shoot straight” with you.
