Our Philosophy

We believe it’s not about the law, it’s about people, and our approach reflects that. We aim to create lasting relationships with our clients and to become trusted advisors they can count on. We take the time to listen to your fears, desires and dreams, and we work with you to craft a unique, custom-tailored solution that you understand and can use.

About Attorney Marc Mackenzie

I became an estate planning attorney because I want to help families. The legal system can be confusing and intimidating, but it doesn’t have to be. I strive to be first and foremost a counselor to my clients. I speak in plain English and truly want you to understand your options and help your make wise decisions. With good planning, not only can future headache and expense be avoided, but you can leave a legacy for your family, taking care of them even after you are gone.

I also practice business law, because as a former small business owner myself, I know the importance of building something, and what it means to you and your family. I’ve been in your shoes, from startup to sale, and understand well what it means to be a business owner.

I take pride in providing each of my clients with one-on-one counseling, responsive, clear communication, and excellent service. I work closely with you to make sure your goals are realized. Estate planning is a lifelong process, and I strive to build relationships that last long after we first meet.
