Overview
In 1999, Nader, Naraghi & Woodcock, APLC started helping individuals and couples who were faced with divorce or any other Family Law matter, as well as debt solutions, including bankruptcy. The office came into existence when Hamid Naraghi and Bill Woodcock met while working together in an Alameda county office which can be described as “aggressive.” Hamid Naraghi, who was serving as the managing attorney in 1998, left the firm to explore divorce mediation as a way to help divorcing couples, he was recruited by Divorce Helpline, a statewide divorce mediation law firm.
After working as an associate with Divorce Helpline, Hamid saw the need for a quality law firm with the skill and experience to provide a well-rounded representation to people going through a divorce where peaceful resolution would be sought, and aggressive litigation would be used only as a last resort. If a case could be settled in an amicable manner, then it would be and the result would be less stress, less time and substantially less cost. However, if the client was in danger of being taken advantage of or was to be compromised in any manner, then nothing would stand in the way of the most aggressive representation. Hamid contacted Bill and Nader, Nader, Naraghi & Woodcock, APLC was formed. Hundreds of satisfied clients later, Nader, Naraghi & Woodcock, APLC continues to provide quality service with a special touch of empathy to its clients.
