TEIL is the acronym for “The Evans International Law Firms, LLC.”
We are a boutique law firm, with a lot of experience, dedicated business attorneys who have integrity and skill. Our focus is creating and growing successful secure businesses and happier owners. Our clients consult with us for corporate creation, modifications, mergers, trademarks, and cross-country transactions! Most of our practice is spent in negotiation, however, if litigation is required we are ready to argue!
Our headquarters are located in Westchester, 20 minutes from Chicago, Illinois and minutes from Oak Park and Oak Brook. The firm was founded by Attorney Demitrus Evans, who tired of public complaints about unethical legal practices and decided to establish a firm which emphasizes the client’s legal need(s), ethics and trust while providing excellent customer care.
TEIL does this by always incorporating the ideas of our clients, keeping the client informed, maintaining a firm commitment to excellent work standards, ethics and practices in all of our services. This means follow through on all suggestions, returning calls and a focus on client satisfaction.
Our clients are kept informed of their case in the manner, which best suits them, calls are returned within 24 hours (we do not charge for routine calls), and we offer alternative pricing methods. Our motto: “Where Excellence Matters!” is not just a tag line, but is a concentration of daily commitment by TEIL staff to make sure you satisfaction from the moment you call our office until you complete your exit survey. Attorney Evans began her career with Amnesty International and matriculated to the Federal Appellate Defenders Office in 1998. Her legal clerkship with The Law Office of Ted Stein, in employment discrimination, landed her first attorney position with Samuel’s & Associates, a general law practice in the Chicago Loop practicing civil, corporate, contractual and employment discrimination. At TEIL Firms, The Evans International Law Firms, Demitrus focuses on Business Law, successfully helping small and medium size clients with corporate structuring, Business Litigation, Trademarks and Import Export. With sophisticated skills and experience in both legal services and corporate management, Demitrus can not only help clients with legal issues, but also be able to plan businesses ahead with legal wisdom to avoid potential troubles.
TEIL Firms has been in existence for five years and is growing and expanding. We currently have a staff of five spectacular legal advocates. Attorney Evans manages the firm on a daily basis and has been in practice for 18 years. She routinely associates with lawyers and law firms in various areas of expertise to make sure that our clients have the absolute best in legal advice and services to be successful.
