Top-Notch Credentials Backed by a Track Record of Success

Throughout his career, Attorney Oles has earned a respectable reputation due to his proven record of success and many achievements. When he accepts a new case, he takes a proactive approach, exploring all avenues to determine the course of action best suited to meet the client’s unique needs. Devoted to providing effective representation at an affordable rate, our attorney strives to help clients reach efficient and favorable solutions, whether they are dealing with a family law or business law matter.

Mr. Oles started his career as a business owner in the automobile industry, and his heart lies with entrepreneurs struggling to start and grow their businesses. There he learned the value of a customer-focused attitude and constant diligence to the needs of his clients. Following a successful career as entrepreneur, Mr. Oles obtained his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration summa cum laude, and went on to obtain an MBA in Finance, culminating his formal education when he graduated from Harvard Law School.

Mr. Oles gained experience as a transactional lawyer, business and estate planner, and litigator practicing for a number of years with two prestigious national law firms in New Jersey and Georgia. There he represented numerous health care companies and practitioners with problems ranging from business formation and capitalization to employee relations to regulatory compliance. Since then, he served as general counsel to two publicly-traded companies.
Identifying a need for high-quality legal work for those unable or unwilling to pay traditional big-firm prices, he formed his own firm in the Atlanta area in 2006. Since that time he has focused on providing transactional, litigation and regulatory services to an array of individual and corporate clients in the Atlanta area and across the country.

After a unique experience in family law courts, Mr. Oles has also devoted considerable time to the needs of families. A father of three children and passionate advocate of parental rights, he fights for parents trying to obtain and keep an active role in their children’s lives, particularly those that have been unfairly denied access to their children or are suffering from parental alienation. He routinely assists clients facing uphill custody battles across the nation. He also routinely counsels clients in less-contentious settings in reaching amicable resolutions.

Mr. Oles provides aggressive representation to his clients in adversarial matters. His philosophy is to be thorough and painstaking in order to gain advantage, avoid surprises and produce the best possible result whatever the tribunal. His adversarial experience includes trial work in both federal and state court civil and criminal matters, federal and state appeals, regulatory and agency hearings, professional licensing boards, arbitrations and mediations.
Extensive Involvement in the Legal & Local Community

Mr. Oles is and has been a member of the Georgia Bar Association, the Atlanta Bar Association, the North Fulton Bar Association, the Cobb County Bar Association, the Forsyth County Bar Association, the Georgia Trial Lawyer’s Association, the American Health Lawyer’s Association, and the American Bar Association. He gives back to his community by serving as board member to various charitable organizations, providing free and low cost legal services through the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyer Foundation, and pro bono to select qualifying clients. He has been recognized in Strathmore’s Who’s Who of lawyers. He was recently inducted into the Georgia Lawyers Foundation in recognition of his commitment to the community.
