Overview:
Since 1980, I have been working with clients in the Chicago area. Based in Burr Ridge, my practice is concentrated in the areas of business/corporate law, commercial and residential real estate transactions and estate planning.

Personal and Dedicated Attention. Each legal situation has unique aspects, and I take the time to learn your specific concerns, needs and goals. Whenever possible, we try to look at any future considerations or implications, so that you have not just a short-term fix, but a viable long-term solution.
Legal Options Developed to Address Your Legal Issues. Using my experience and knowledge of the law, I research and develop legal strategies and options that may address your issues and protect your family, business and/or property. I personally do all the work, it is never delegated to a paralegal.
Education for Informed Client Decision Making. I present the options available to you and we openly and honestly discuss their merits (both pros and cons). Once you fully understand the options, the choice is yours.
Ongoing Communication, Prompt Response to Questions and Frequent Status Updates. Together, we set a working timeframe for providing the agreed-upon legal services and then I provide status updates. I am available to promptly answer questions that you may have throughout the process…by phone, email or in-person if you desire.
Fair and Efficient Billing Practices. I strive to be efficient in the delivery of legal services so that you are charged a fair price. I also offer several alternative means of fee payment.
