Whenever the facts and legal issues in a case allow it, we seek to get charges dismissed, or to obtain an outcome that enables our clients to avoid conviction and a criminal record. If you choose, we will aggressively defend you at trial. Only if no other options are possible will we seek a plea bargain, and then only with your consent.
