Attorney Kenneth S. Jannette has served as a clerk for a Federal Judge in the District of New Jersey, and has represented the nation’s largest financial institutions in precedent-setting matters before the United States Courts of Appeals. He is an active speaker and writer on current legal issues.
Licensed to practice in Michigan and before the bars of seven other states, attorney Jannette has also been admitted to practice before the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits, and numerous other federal district courts.
A graduate of Rutgers University School of Law, attorney Jannette received Cum Laude honors and was awarded the Dean’s Fund Academic Promise Scholarship. He was named “best oralist” in the school’s Hunter Moot Court Competition. He has published several noted scholarly articles on legal issues including consumer credit, finance and debt collection, such as:
