We are a plaintiffs’ employment law firm, with an emphasis on claims involving discrimination, harassment, whistleblower retaliation, family and medical leaves and employment contracts. We also provide counsel to small businesses and entrepreneurs in all aspects of their endeavors, including the sale, expansion and purchase of businesses. These two principal areas of practice naturally intersect, and our clients frequently benefit from the collaboration of attorneys in both practice areas.
