Our firm has its beginnings in 1992 when Lee C. Falke stepped down as Prosecuting Attorney of Montgomery County, Ohio, to engage in the private practice of law. Lee served a record 28 years as Montgomery County Prosecutor, earning a national reputation as an innovator and consistently having the best record of successful prosecutions in Ohio’s largest counties.

Patrick K. Dunphy, having served as the Lead Trial Attorney for the local office of a national insurance company brings his deep and valuable experience in personal injury and insurance law to our firm. Four of our attorneys, having served as local prosecutors, have developed competitive trial skills and a passion to serve their client’s interest.
