Farber, Esq. is a litigator known for his trial work in areas including personal injury, corporate and commercial matters, guardianship litigation, medical malpractice and attorney malpractice. His extensive medical knowledge is invaluable in Probate and Guardianship matters. As well, he has special expertise involving hospital/physician issues, including medical conduct matters. Mr. Farber also has significant appellate law experience, including the authorship of Appellate briefs and oral argument before the Appellate Division and Court of Appeals, the highest Court of the State of New York.
