Managing Member, Amy L. Bellantoni, is a former Senior Assistant District Attorney, and was cross-designated as a Special Deputy Assistant Attorney General in the New York Attorney General Office’s Organized Crime Task Force and as a Special United States Attorney in the Southern District of New York.

Ms. Bellantoni has represented clients in Federal and New York State litigation including actions for discrimination based on gender, race, pregnancy and age, Whistleblower / Qui Tam actions, defamation, breach of contract, commercial litigation, First Amendment retaliation, family court custody and visitation proceedings, criminal defense and has brought Article 78 proceedings in matters that include challenging municipalities, civil service termination of employment, pistol permit application denials and license revocations, as well as State and Federal Appeals.
