Brooks Koch & Sorg is composed of three attorneys: David Brooks, Mike Koch, and Terry Sorg. Each works personally with clients, making sure to be accessible to clients’ needs and calls. Each also brings a unique skill set to our law practice. Terry Sorg is a professional architect whose experience gives him a significant edge in construction defect cases. David Brooks uses years of experience in employment and business disputes to provide his clients with excellent service. Michael Koch is an experienced personal injury lawyer who draws on legal knowledge to get the best results possible for his clients.
Although we have known each other professionally for years, we began our own firm in 1998. We all have strong ties to the Indianapolis area and many of our cases come from repeat clients who are happy with our services. Other clients come to us through the referrals of lawyers and satisfied clients. Over the years, we have established a reputation in Indianapolis for obtaining results for our clients.
