Our transactional practice is grounded in our attorneys’ keen insight into state and federal tax law and focuses on the tax and regulatory consequences of a variety of business, corporate, real estate, and estate planning transactions. We work with individuals, institutional clients, and their financial advisors to achieve the desired objective.

Our litigation practice focuses on defending our clients in investigations, litigation and other civil, criminal and administrative controversies with governmental agencies, including disputed individual, partnership, corporate, and estate tax issues, regulatory and enforcement agency investigations. We also regularly represent clients in civil business disputes. Our goal is always to attain a favorable and timely resolution that is in our clients’ best interests.
