We believe that the skill and experience of individual lawyers rather than the number of lawyers translates into results for clients and that too great an emphasis on a bigger firm can undermine the selectivity required to offer clients the best lawyers. We maintain a low ratio of senior to junior lawyers so that every client is given senior level attention. This ratio is essential to our multi-disciplinary approach as our senior lawyers bring to each client a breadth and depth of expertise that enables us to offer innovative and customized solutions for clients with problems that are unique or are particularly sensitive rather than routine off-the-shelf solutions.
