MK. Associates is a Professional Architecture and Landscape Architecture Firm that offers capabilities for resolving contemporary developmental and environmental problems. MK. Associates offers complete range of services in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Engineering and Project Management, working directly with the Project Owner or Project Developers. MK. Associates prepares Design Drawings, Working Drawings, Technical Specifications, Cost Estimates and provides Supervision services during the Construction phase. Our Projects cover a large array of fields, from Health Facilities, Educational Establishments, Residential and Leisure Compounds, Commercial and Industrial complexes, Conservation of Historic Sites, to Urban Plazas, Roof Terraces, Structural Gardens and Interior Landscapes
Capabilities

For the last twenty five years, MK. Founders; Dr. Kamel Mahadin, ASLA, IFLA, and his brother Hasan Mahadin, IASLA, have been involved in designing innovative and workable environments in a wide range of urban and suburban projects throughout Jordan, the Middle East and parts of the United States of America. The scope of services provided by the firm is broadened by the ability to offer staff services in citizen involvement and processing development permits, terrain analysis and environmental studies.

Architectural Design

MK. Associates offers the full range of services in Architecture, working directly with the owner or project developers. MK. Associates prepares Design Drawings, Working Drawings, Technical Specifications, Cost Estimates and provides Supervision services during the Construction phase.

Historic Preservation

MK. Associates offers the full range of services in historic preservation; a creative approach in archaeological sites, historic buildings and historic open spaces and grounds. The firm defines client needs by adopting one or a combination of different management approaches in the fields of preservation, conservation, adaptive use, renovation, reconstitution, rehabilitation and revival of historic sites and structures.

Landscape Architecture

MK. Associates maintain expertise in Landscape Architecture and land use for the projects and for the community at large. MK. Associates offers the full range of services in landscape architecture, prepares landscape designs, working drawings, technical specifications, cost estimates and performs construction administration in the field. Projects range from urban plazas, roof terraces and structural gardens to interior landscapes and landscapes for all types of buildings.

Project Management

MK. Associates offers the full range of services in Supervision and Project Management services, working directly with the owner or project developers, or through the project architects. MK. Associates prepares working Schedules, monitoring work, cost estimate, procurement, and Quality and construction administration in the field. The main Target is to save time and money, and to ensure Quality control of work to be executed to the best available standards. With their associates in this field MK. Associates bring the best consultancy available on the market. Our work includes performing Project Management services for 11 Hospitals and Radiotherapy Centers in 9 cities in Iraq.

Urban Design & Environmental Planning

MK. Associates provides design services for creating and enhancing the quality of large scale environments. The firm offers expertise in the design of urban projects and integrating these with public streets, water fronts, open spaces and plazas to create an overall sense of place. Particular emphasis is placed on sensitivity to local community participation and government process in the evaluation of these designs and their implementation. MK. Associates offers a range of environmental and management services. Broadly categorized, these services include natural resource inventory and analysis, terrain analysis and environmental impact statement and report preparation.
