The Gierach Law Firm’s founding attorney, Denice Gierach, has more than 30 years of legal and business experience. In addition to her law degree, Ms. Gierach is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and earned her Master’s Degree in Business Management through the Kellogg School’s Executive Master’s Program. In part due to these solid credentials, Chicago’s The Business Ledger named Denice Gierach one of twenty “Influential Women in Business” in 2008.

Denice Gierach also authored a popular monthly column in the Naperville Sun and Aurora Beacon, covering all aspects of business, tax, and estate planning law, and has had numerous articles on business topics published in The Business Ledger.

In addition to Illinois state court, Ms. Gierach has practiced before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. Tax Court, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
