The question

Hello, I'm a single mother of a beautiful one year old.Her father and I were never together when I got pregnant by him with her.He was never present during the pregnancy, or birth and has barely been present her first year of life.He pays child support but convinced me to lower it saying he would be more involved and help it went from $381 per month to $200.then after he got two other jobs.he is always flaunting his money around and never helps with our child so I'm wondering what can I do to get our support case reevaluated?

Also his mother is involved in my child life but constantly demeaning me and implying that I'm not taking the best care possible of my child, then in turn is in her sons ear telling him to tell me to do stuff when he isn't even raising her. He's never taken her to the doctors or been present at any of her appointments and now wants to take her out of the city of Columbus where we live to a doctor in Dayton that he goes to,I want to know what ate my rights as a mother to deny this, when i suggested him come to her one year checkup he refused, when i suggested us both taking her to the doctor in Dayton he refused he didn't want me to be present, but i feel I'm her mother and I'm the one raising her i should be present at all appointments.since he refuses to compromise or come up with solutions to problems with me what should I do?
