If you agreed to become an informant now its the police
responsibility to contact you in this matter now you can
relax.
The question
I was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana
and paraphernalia in June of 2011. The officer also
found 1 diet pill. I plead guilty to the marijuana and
paraphernalia and went to court on it. They did not
charge me for the diet pill, but ask me to be an
informant. Since then nothing else has been said. I did
not inform on anyone. The police has not contacted me
about it again since that time. How long do I have to
worry about being arrested again over that pill? I am in
Alabama.
