The question
I am trying to terminate the rights of my son's father. I have a child support case open with the enforcement agency in my state. They are trying to establish dna since I did not put him on the birth certificate. I am trying to terminate now while my son is young and I know his dad will not fight for him till he is older. Should I wait to file for termination till DNA or can I file now?
