The question
I owned a company that closed up shop last year. The
company was a sub contractor on a job and we were not
able to pay our supplier who is located in GA. The prime
contractor and my old company are located in MN and the
job was in NV. My supplier is suing the prime contractor
and the bonding company. The attorneys for the prime
contractor and bonding company want to move the venue to
MN and are asking me to agree. My company nor I have any
money left and I want to understand if I should agree to
this and there will not be any recourse back on me.
