The question
Just learned of a local gun range (Eastern, NC) that has signs outside listing those who will be refused service. Those listed include anyone who believes in Islam or the Koran, anyone with dreadlocks or "gangster clothing" and anyone who is listening to rap music.
I am aware that this violates the civil rights act, but was wondering what kind of order you should proceed in making someone aware of this, and if there might be legal precedent to allow this behavior?
