The question
I divorced in 2008 from an attorney. I believe my divorce settlement
may not have been fair because:
-I was NOT self supporting by law.
-Our mediator held our escrow.
-There were no statements of net worth.
1. Is it true I have one more year to contest?
2. I've declared bankruptcy and will foreclose on my home and have no
income or funds to hire an attorney. Are there any attorneys available
to me who would pursue this pro bono?
3. Is it worth it?
