Hi,I am a resident of Georgia. Last month while travelling to Florida, I got a ticket for reckless driving in Alabama. I was speeding at 95mph against the limit of 65mph with an infant in the car seat. I haven't got details yet about the fine and have a date to appear in the court. Can you please suggest if it is necessary to appear in the court or there is any other way to handle this before the court date? Also would this be treated as a criminal offense?
