The question
If my mother leaves her house to my youngest sister who is one of 3 children, can there be a provision in the will that my sister can not sell the house and if she decides to, the house will go back into the hands of all 3 children and the sale of the house would need to be evenly distributed among all 3 sisters or in the event of her death that the house is left to the remaining 2 siblings (myself and my oldest sister) and that we may sell the house if we wish and divide the money?
