The question
If i was walking down the street minding my own bussiness and a police officer just stops me because he is doing random warrant check and i am not on probation or parole don't i have a case for harrassment due to the fact he had no probable cause. I know i was in possession but can i get tretment outpatient even though i been off felony probation 4 months . I am in mental health for depression and happened to felapse. Can i not have to do jail time? I am in the state of california and i have 2 prison priors what can i do long beach,calif. HELP!!!!!
