Same problem. Wish someone would answer it! Is a 2nd possession charge a felony?
The question
I have been arrested before on a petit theft charge, got
a misdemeanor for it and was on a diversion plan for 6
months. Just recently got pulled over for possession less
than 20 grams in Florida. Should I get a lawyer? what are
my options?
