The answer depends whether their policy for occupational insurance contains a lien provision for third party recoveries. If a lien provision is in the insurance contract then some percentage of a amount paid out by the occupational insurance must be pre paid in the settlement.
I was in a automobile wreck few months ago in LA, my automobile got totaled & I ended up being in the hospital for some time. The driver to blame was uninsured driver. I suffered from extreme physical & emotional pain. Do I need to hire a personal injury attorney?
