The question
Just have a legal question. Live in IL- filed for a simple joint dissolution of marriage. he was served.
My sister filled out my divorce papers for me because she recently divorced also. I was unaware you cannot get a divorce while pregnant, and my sister was also unaware at hat time that I was pregnant. my husband is not the babies father and we haven't seen each other in over a year.
Is there a way I can call the courts before court date and let them know that I am indeed pregnant and I made a mistake on the papers?
I want nothing more than everything to be honest in court.
