Question

Order To Set Aside Default Judgment

Asked 29 April 2012 · needs an answer

The question

State of Nevada - I had a lawyer pursuing me to pay a

debt which was fraudulent and I also had a Divorce

Decree which indemnified me of all debts and

liabilities due to my ex husband admitting that he

forged numerous credit cards during our marriage. In

2006 I had a lawyer come after for the money which he

said I owed, I sent him my divorce decree which he

ignored! I had a default judgment against me which I

paid in full in 2007. I was granted an Order To Set

Aside on April 23, 2012 because my Divorce Decree superseded the Judgment, by the same Judge who

originally granted the Default Judgment. What would be

my next step in collecting the money which I already

paid? Also, can I collect interest on the money?
