The question
I am retiring out of the US next June. My retirement
will come from Railroad Retirement. I don't know if it
will be better to bank with a US bank that has a branch
in Belize or open a direct deposit acct. in Central
America. I am not trying to hide income or the like, just
looking for what is safest and easiest.
