Question

Non-Profit Tax filings

The question

Besides the tax law, which is as usual baffling, I think I've got it down; but on the issue of taxes yeah...

Anyway the corporation I'll be setting up will be making no where near the amount of money that is taxable, or really noticeable for that matter, under law so I'm wondering is it worth filling the 501c3 at all? Should I skip quite the headache there as tax exemption will not be needed with the amount of money being made?

I just talked with a financial planner and he said essentially don't worry about the financial side of things; don't file every year and so on. Could anyone else corroborate this? I'm suspect.

Schön.
