Question

Need help on Pfa case

The question

I have a court hearing for a Pfa that was placed 5 days ago. My ex put the Pfa on me. Long story short, we were engaged and had our own house together and I found out she was cheating on me. Well I got mad and screamed in her face and threw a few things around the house. Never towards her and never put my hands on her at any time. At that time she got a Pfa on me and I was evicted from my home so she could get her stuff out so she can move back in with her parents. Well she didn't take much at all. When that Pfa was expired she came back to the house and we talked about the situation and decided to completely end the relationship. She then got another Pfa. Not sure why because I never threatened her or said anything mean. But before I got served the Pfa we talked over the phone and agreed to have her come to my house and get her stuff. She did but left a few things and planned on coming back. Yes I know I was violating the Pfa by texting her. All my texts were answers to her questions and never threatening at all. Texts were about dates and times she was coming to get her stuff. Well now the hearing is this Thursday and I think she is mad at me for leaving the state for work for the week and not letting her have the key to my house while I'm gone. I am afraid that when I go to court that she will bring the texts up. None are threatening at all and were only short answers to her questions about getting her stuff. If she does bring this up am I facing jail time? What happens if I don't show up for the hearing due to not being able to get back in time for the hearing? I called to have it rescheduled but the ex told the lawer that she does not want it rescheduled.

She also lied on the Pfa statement. Saying I abused her and put a knife to her chest. None of that happend. Like I said I never put my hands on her or threatened her at anytime.

Advice please???
