The question
I'd like to change my 4 year old's last name to my name. Her birth certificate has her biological father's last name listed as hers,.however he has been out of her life for over 2 years and she thinks of my husband and my last name as her own. Any idea how to go about starting this process? We live in Bluffton, SC.
