Medical malpractice

I realized that I was pregnant on November. My doctor said that it is ectopic pregnancy. I was shocked because I was told only two days before that the baby was in uterus. She said some lame excuse that the body absorbed it. I had two options methotrexate or surgery. I wanted her to double check but she said that my hormone level was very high and that I was taking risk if I waited.She gave a shot with methotrexate and told me that will take 4 to 6 weeks for the pregnancy to be absorbed.Next day I got a call from clinic,saying that my HCG level was too high and that methotrexate will not work. I must have a surgical. Finally, I did some test on my fallopian tube and later the report was that there was no sign of ectopic pregnancy. I went to her next day, she said everything was fine and that I was doing well. I got a called from doctor next day again. Told me my HCG levels still high. I had an ultrasound found a yolk sac 6 mm in size and a crown-rump length. But after that the baby was never growing. I tried meeting the Dr but she refused to meet me. She said she was busy. Next day I contacted the supervisor, but again she didn’t show up.I think it was a misdiagnoses because she didn’t check my HCG level before treating with methotrexate. I tried to find a medical malpractice attorney. But they all said i have very difficult situation. Finally got hold of RICHARD J. SOMMERS. He has given me assurance to lead the case. I’m terrified.
