The question

My son had surgery for hurchsbrungs. They removed the bad

section of his Colin about 14 hrs later he crashed and they fought

to save his life. He now has brain damage due to they did not

catch his infection after the surgery. It is a very long story this is

just the basics but advice would be great on what we should do. If

the hospital would have fought the infection before he crashed

there would have been no brain damage

I'm really sorry to hear about this. You may be able to bring a case for

failing to timely diagnose and treat the infection. Unfortunately, the

State that you're from is not displayed on this post. In any event, you

should consult with an attorney who handles medical malpractice

cases in your area as soon as possible. Good luck.
