Question

Juvenile requested to appear in court

Asked 16 January 2013 · needs an answer

The question

My house was raided a week ago and the police (city and state) found 1/4 oz of marajuana, a broke bong, pipe and some baggies and money. My son who is 16 years old has received a subpoena to appear in court next week. There were no arrests made but the subpoena is for posession with the intent to sell and each one has a different date (6 different days). According to the police they have audio and video of my son selling and have been following him since Aug 2012.

Is it safe to say that the court will be producing this evidence on the day we are supposed to report and that is when he will be arrested? Who is responsible for the damages the police caused in my home? Also, I have receipts showing that my son earned the $400+ they took. Can I get that money back? How much time can he get?
