The question
Recently I found out, my childs mother whom we have joint custody and placement of, is moving out of state quite far. Her mother is leaving for 4 weeks next week, to move her things to this other state. Her mother wants me to have her visitiation go to her sister while she is gone. Is this legal? can I do anything about this? do i have to give my daughter to her aunt for her mothers visitation?
