I was caught in an alley smoking a pipe in chicago. I had a bag with 9g as well. I had a conviction for possession of less than 2.5 in southern Illinois that I got court supervision/500$fine for in 2001 or 2002 (sometime in college). Is that going to mean i have to go to jail? what usually happens in these cases? Thanks.

that much marijuana on a first offense. I think it would
depend on how the judge wants to handle it. A lawyer
