Question

How to assure lawyer is doing everything possible?

Asked 6 March 2013 · needs an answer

The question

Got pulled over early morning in San Fran. Don't remember much past 2nd drink early evening. Think something may have slipped to friend and I whom had a place to stay, had his service animal, and had keys to a friends apartment. Yet we were on the road. Don't remember much except friend being hauled away and me standing on the road with his dog. Don't know if I was tested or not, friend blew a pretty hefty .19.

I am trying to ensure that his well paid lawyer is doing everything he can for him. Any tips on how to make sure he is getting the best bang for his big bucks. Any way to ensure that the lawyer is not just going through motions, but actually listening and helping?

Any advice is appreciated.
