Good day, my parents past away last 2010 in Michigan USA, and the sister of my mother who staying illegal in the USA is claiming all the properties of my parents, which is my properties. how come she provide the papers that she is the beneficiary of my parents? how can i claim the properties of my deceased parent? if there's someone claiming it.. please help me. what should I do, i am here in the Philippines far from USA...
