Hes forcing me to move out in 2wks!Can he do thz?

am not currently on his apt lease. & since we have decided on

divorce he wants to put me out w or w.out our children.what are

my rights? We married 8yrs ago. had a child together prior to our

marriage. we then had another child some yrs into it. in 2009 we

separated for 2yrs n which i moved out w our children. we both

had extramarital relationships while apart. i got pregnant & moved

bk n w my husband. when he became aware of the pregna cy he

was initially upset. but decided to be here for me. he signed the

birth cert knowing there was no way possible he could be that

childs father. we have a vehicle, furniture, tv system all purchased

during our time together. while involved w him i barely worked. i

ended the child support order when i moved back in. Since ive

been communicating w my last childs father my husband wants

me to move out in 2wks. what rights do i have? Can he enforce this

since im not on the lease? Ive stayed n thz apt w him since august

2011. N i dnt have anywhere to go. plus what abt the division of

property? When we separated & the kids n i moved out. he called

the cops bc i wanted some of the items n the apt. So i dont want it

yo seem as if ive abandoned anything.
