The question

hello my grandfather passed away about 7 years ago. he could not read or write but he owned land and also has a very huge bank account. I need help to get administrator of his estate. my father has tried but he keeps getting the run around because my grandfathers name was not on his birth certificate. everyone that I have talked to told me that I can pay a lawyer but the lawyer says that my grandfathers sisters and their kids will be heirs to my grandfathers estate before us. I don't wont to pay a lawyer for someone else to get it. we took care of my grandfather his family was no where around. Can someone please tell me how I can get administrator before the state takes everything?
